We are running a diagnostic and health Centre in the name
of JivanJyot diagnostic centre in UDHANA area an industrial
Suburb of Surat, was set up in the year 2017. It is unique
facility where we provide full-fledged medical & diagnostic
service under one roof. We also provide OPD facility of
consulting doctors of around 20 different specialities at very
nominal fee of Rs 50-100. The specialities covered are from
the field of General Physician, Cardiologist, Urologist,
Endocrinologist, ENT, Gynaecologist, Pain specialist,
Neurologist, Gastroenterologist, Orthopaedic, Dentist,
Paediatrician, Dermatologist Psychiatric, and onco surgeon.
We have ultra-modern pathological Dialogistic facility with
qualified Pathologist available on site.
The most popular facility is our “Retina" and “Glaucoma”
Department. There is no such facility available in the city
which offers surgical treatment with 50 % lower rate than
private hospitals.
We also have “TOTAL FREE" Dialysis centre for chronic
disease like kidney failure. The physiotherapy and pharmacy
services are an additional advantage for the underprivileged
patients.
We have served totally 6 lakhs patients till this date.
