Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in HR,
MBA in HR/ MHA/PGDM
CERTIFICATION: Professional credentials like SHRM-SCP, HRICI, OR CIPD are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, specialists, nursing, and administrative staff.
Design and implement healthcare HR policies, employee wellness, and retention programs.
Foster a culture of compassionate patient care and operational excellence.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience as an HR Head For 200 Bedded Multispeciality Hospital.
Strong understanding of Statutory roles and talent management. Excellent communication and team building skills.
Compliance Statutory, NABH, JCI etc.
