Chhanyado Bhojanshala
We are running "Bhojanshala" at extremely concessional rates i.e. at Rs.3/- only per person per dish for the care takers & relatives of the patients admitted in the New Civil Hospital, Surat and who are coming from the interior villages area of Surat, Navsari, Bulsar, ahawa, dang and Bharuch District.
We are serving best quality food prepared from pure ghee and groundnut oil. Also we are giveing daily 40 Tiffins for the old civil hospital patients of “Parivartan Vyasan Mukti Kendra”. In our “Bhojanshala” daily average 600 to 650 caretakers of patients are benefited. We also offer Morning tea and biscuit free cost to caretakers and relatives of patients admited at New Civil Hospital,Surat .
Medical Instruments
We are providing medical instruments required for patients at their home after taking discharge from hospital, like Fouler bed, semi Fouler bed, Walker, Back rest, Wheel chair, traction kits, Oxygen bottles, Suction machine, sticks, comods, etc. without charging any rent,just by taking refundable deposit.
Sinces 2005-Sanitary materials to New born babies
We are giving totally free gift of one kit containing baby mattress, baby towel, one meter cloth piece and 11 other necessary pieces of cloths and sleeping zula with net protecting from maleria's mosquito to all new born babies born in New Civil Hospital Surat. One baby kit costs Rs.232/- and monthly average 700 kits are being gifted regularly per month.
We also offer Morning tea and biscuits free cost to caretakers and relatives of patients admited at New Civil Hospital Surat.

Sinces 2006-Nutritious meal in Gynec ward
We are giving ‘Shiro’ prepared from pure ghee, wheat Atta and Gur to all patients of Gynec ward and children ward of New Civil Hospital Surat , that too totally free. Our trust is also providing 1.5 kg "Vasana Laddu" prepared from pure ghee, dry coconut, ginger, edible gum (Gunder) to every patient after their discharge from Gynec ward of New Civil Hospital Surat.
