Charitable trust who is running Eye Hospital in Mandvi one
of the tribal area, who are doing 15000 eye operations every
year out of this 10000 operations are done free of cost,
regular Eye camps are arranged in all villages in Tribal
district of Tapi. Our Shri Bhartbhai V. Shah is President
along with many trusties of Surat Manav Seva Sangh
“છાંયડો”.
We have started Community Based Rehabilitation programme for incurably blind people
of Mandvi taluka. There are 115 incurably blind clients with us as a part of this
activity. With the help of 10 workers, we are trying to rehabilitate these blind
clients. Now, the work will start in Umarpada and Mangrol taluks from March 2015.
We have started a hostel for the blind children with 14 students in the first year,
now there are 20 students. The kids have settled very well and are making satisfactory
progress academically. They attend regular school with other sighted students and
we teach braille, computers and music in the evening.
We are also associated & main supporters of Rajasthan
Chhayando who is running a medical centre and providing
diagnostic medical services, including radiology and
pathology etc. at subsidised rate at new DUMBHAL – Parvat
Patya Surat.

free of cost. (The patient has to carry Dialyzer, blood tubing, and disposable kit.)

medicines of standered companies are available at discounted rate.
