Sinces 2009- Free distribution of (Vasana Ladu) Nutrition food prepred from pure ghee, wheat atta, gur, etable gum and dry ginger powder etc. to the post delivery women after tecking discharge from New Civil Hospital Surat. Every day 25 post delivery women are taking benifit of this.

Sinces 2010 Start Discount Rate Maheshwari Dialysis Centre

We have started Maheshwari Dialysis Centre in the year 2010. Our cost of one dialysis is Rs.1100/-(US$ 17) but we are charging only Rs.350/-(US$ 5.6) per dialysis which includes dialyzer, blood tubing and diaposable kit etc. Every day centre performs 32 dialyses. 60% dialysis are being done free of cost and average collection of 1 dialysis is Rs.125/-.Looking to that Centre has to bare lose of Rs.975/- per dialysis. Currently 90% dialysis are being done totally free. Out of 90% dialysis 70% dialysis are done free under " Ma Amrutam Yojana " of government of gujarat.

We have already started Patholgy Laboratory named Jaymala Pathlabs from 22 August 2011. We have installed automatic branded machines like siemens, transasia, erba etc.All kind of lab tests like blood, urine, stool, vitamin(D1,B12),thyroid, melaria, TB, sickle cell-anamia, thalassemia, kidney, cancer, tumermark, diabetes, cholesterol etc are being done at almost 50% less then prevailing market rates.

Started self-employment classes

As drive towards empowering woman, we have started sewing class for training ladies from poor families and are providing them with sewing machine at 50% cost to make them self-sufficient, upon completion of training. this facility is running at two place one in surat and second is at Tamchhadi a tribal Village in Valsad District where about 100 women are taking advantage, we are proposing to start two more centre in tribal area of Valsad District
